Privacy Policy for Listo

Listo is a productivity app designed to help you manage tasks, notes, and reminders. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use Listo.

1. Information We Collect

Listo does not collect personal information from users.

We do not require account creation, and we do not collect names, email addresses, location data, or analytics data.

All content you create in the app, such as tasks, notes, reminders, projects, and preferences, belongs entirely to you.

2. Data Storage

By default, your data is stored locally on your device.

If you enable iCloud synchronization, your data will also be securely stored and synced using Apple’s iCloud/CloudKit services so it can be available across your devices signed in with the same Apple ID.

We do not have access to your data stored in iCloud. We cannot view, read, modify, or share it.

3. iCloud / CloudKit Synchronization

When iCloud Sync is enabled:

Listo uses Apple’s CloudKit framework to synchronize your app data (tasks, notes, reminders, projects, tags, and settings).
The data is stored in your personal iCloud account.
Data is encrypted and protected according to Apple’s security and privacy standards.
We do not collect, access, process, or store this data on our own servers.
We do not use your data for analytics, advertising, or tracking.

You may disable iCloud Sync at any time in the app settings. If disabled, data will remain only on the device where it was created unless manually removed.

4. Third-Party Services

Listo does not use advertising networks, third-party analytics tools, or tracking services.

The only external service used is Apple’s iCloud/CloudKit framework, solely for data synchronization between your devices.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data remains under your control at all times.

Deleting content inside the app deletes it from your device and, if iCloud Sync is enabled, from your iCloud account.
Deleting the app removes locally stored data.
If iCloud Sync is enabled, removing iCloud data can also be managed through your Apple ID settings.

We do not maintain copies of your data.

6. Children’s Privacy

Listo does not knowingly collect any personal information from children or any users.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in functionality or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page.
